Personal Training Instructor: Dean Pentaris The primary focus of the IBA Personal Training Program will be strength, agility, and core training. The Program will place an emphasis on the areas of flexibility, agility, quickness, speed, and accleration training. Using the most current techniques in the industry, Coach Dean will provide a program that will guarantee results. The Personal Training Program will be offered to athletes individually, or in a group setting. Workouts can be scheduled in different time increments based on age and training goals.
